"I ordered merchandise from them, got confirmation of my order showing my items were in stock and would ship right away. Weeks later no sign of the merchandise and no answer to my emails, which I have sent first to sales and then to customer service. Their "order status" page shows nothing but an order date for my order. I am going to have to call during work hours to get this straightened out. Will NEVER use this vendor again nor recommend it to anyone else."
