"It's my third order with D2Moto.com ... so far so good! I bought a few of their Kevlar brake pads last year for my son's bike and they were great. Last month, I bought a set of sintered HH pads from them, just got them installed 2 weeks ago and they hold up pretty well. Definitely recommend to all my buddies"

"TERRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
This company has great reviews on ebay but it appears that if you buy directly from their web site, they just ignore you.
I eventually had to open a dispute through Paypal to get my money back. They ignored me for more than a month and a half and did nothing with my order.
You would do well to heed the advice of the many others that had similar experiences as mine."

"Horrible company, I made a mistake on ebay, no biggie, My solution was to order another chain, called company, said they had another one, placed order over phone, waited for 1.5 weeks, finally got a hold of them, said item was out of stock and refunded, NO CALL TELLING ME. Worse part was it was a phone order and they said they had it in stock!! Worthless people, do not order from them, many other companies out there willing to give you what you paid for."

"it was my first order from D2moto and i did it on line
so nobody to deal with it was fast no extra B.S.
got my comfirmation # and waited for my parts 4 days later
i receive my order, now that was fast I order all my parts o-line cause it's cheaper(i live in hawaii)and this is the fastest i got my order way to go D2moto.....and they even send
me a gold card how's that for good customer service you know i'll be back "

"No good! Told me a chain would fit my bike. IT DID NOT. Shipped it back after long negotiations only to have no response, no chain and no money back after many months! Also sent a sprocket back for a refund minus shipping (accidentally ordered 2) Again NO REFUND ever came from it. SCAM ARTISTS! BUYER BEWARE!"

"Ordered backrest for my cruiser and was sent an email that it had shipped. Tried to track order but Fedex had never received it. They will not answer email so next step is the BBB and a lawyer to get refund.."

"I bought one of their self labled chains for my bike. At 3,000 miles it's dead and dangerously distorted. I adjust and lube my chain weekly. Absolute junk and will no longer do any business with them."

"Will never buy from again. They have no phone support what so ever, and if you do get some one on the phone, they have no care to really help you. I got a bunch of parts for my bike from different people. All the people in China had my products shipped within 24 hours, D2 Moto didn't ship my items for a week! Why it takes a week to ship something Ill never know, but I have my guys from China ill be ordering from for now on. "

"I have been using D2moto for over years, totally problem free. Shipping was SUPER fast! And the price is unbeatable! And they stand behind their products, never give me hard time if i need to return or exchange. Love them so much and will do more business with the company."

"WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I baught a set of mirrors from them and they were junk. Sent them back and i have not recieved a dime as of yet, 3 weeks later.They never answer the phone or e mails. I lost out $14.47 to ship this junk back and they will not return that money. "
