Black Friday madness

"I ordered a helmet that showed in Stock. Two days later I get an email from a real person apologizing that the helmet had sold out before they could take down the availability of the product. In compensation they gave me a 20.00 credit for having to cancel my order. I waited 2 days called customer service and made a request for them to just charge the card I would be happy to be put on a back order list. The company does not like taking money for a product they cannot provide stated the rep. Yet he said I will put you on a waiting list and when it is back in Stock you will get an email and we will still apply the same price to the helmet. That was fantasic. He took it a step further and said I want to also mention that the other colors are available right now would you consider one of those. So I bought another color as I just changed motorcycles to a different color as well. He still honored the 20 dollar credit and I could not have asked for a better experience for a not so awesome circumstance. High five CG."

Black Friday

"Bought two Bluetooth helmets that could Walky talky eachother and then the next week get an email saying one of them was out of stock (even though it was in stock when I paid for it) when they were supposed to both have already been shipped out. Had no use for just one helmet if I didn't have the second one to walky talky with so I had to call to cancel the second. Was very excited for the two helmets too."

Commitment to customer satisfaction

"I've dealt with CycleGear multiple times now, they are really committed to your satisfaction.

The latest was gloves; I ordered XL. Well their sizes run REALLY small, so the gloves didn't fit. Called Cycle Gear, they were really cool, gave me several options. I opted to go to the local Cycle Gear store and swap them out for XXXL. (Like I said, their glove sizes run SMALL!)

When things go well, CycleGear is great. When things do NOT go so well, Cycle Gear is still great! Definite commitment to customer satisfaction!
