"Came across this site from a friend for a simple bracket order. I needed it quickly so I 2nd day it. They obviously make a mistake and I can't get in touch with anyone to ask for a refund of my $30. 6 calls and 2 email now Zero contact from them. Will never use them again."

"They admitted they were a drop shipper. Lists items they do not have in their inventory. Website does not reflect their true status. Also, lists same item on Ebay with inaccurate order status. Do not pay with PayPal or you will get a refund that PayPal keeps for 3-5 days."

"Tried to place an order through them, would not go through... no matter how I tried to place the order. Attempted to call their customer service multiple times as they do claim to have the best prices but it doesn't matter when I am literally incapable of placing an order. Tried multiple time to contact their customer service but have never gotten a response... don't waste your time with them if you have issues. They will not help... baffling that they wouldn't even provide service to take my money."

"Ordered rims, brakes and tires. All were in stock, and shipped next day.
I needed to call and confirm the type of brakes needed and bought the cheaper of he two products due to their recommendation. Love this store!"

"Ive ordered enough product from Cycle Club Sports to build bikes 10 times over and have always been impressed with the way they handle their business. I will continue to order from them because theyre products are priced right and I receive it quickly. Keep it up!"

"Emailed these guys ahead of time before ordering a rim. They assured me that the rim was in stock. So I placed the order the same day that I got the response and was issued a refund days later, due to the item being out of stock. Theses guys are a waste of time, worst customer service ever. I didn't even get an apology. Take your business else where. And to top it off, they still have the rim I tried to purchase posted on their eBay page. Irresponsible business management. "

"I ordered a set of tires on 9 Dec.....still haven't received confirmation that they shipped as of 12 Dec. I recently had hp surgery and can't drive for 4 more weeks....am dying to get on my trainer. I would have recieved them already from one of the the "Mega Stores". I will stick with the "Mega" on-line stores in the future!"

"Worst customer service ever - I caught them in two lies when they were trying to justify their reasoning for charging a restocking fee. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If you must return anything, you're going to get screwed because they will lie to make additional money. I've never dealt with any company like this and it's hard to believe companies actually lie to make more money off an order. Anyways, the details are below.

Details: I place an order and once it was finally received it, there was a massive whole in the top of the manufacturers box. I tried the product on and it didn't fit. I looked online and I read the questionable return policy (won't exchange items, can only return and you must place a new order AND there is the chance for a 20% restocking fee). I called them and informed them of the hole in the box and the customer service lady responded "oh no you won't be charged a 20% fee, sometimes UPS mishandles the packages." Weeks later, I receive confirmation that I was charged a 20% fee. When I called them, I told customer service the story, and the lady that answered customer service (Shelly, I believe) told me "No, you put the hole in the box and ruined the box, and now we are stuck with this and can't sell to customers. Also, there is a 30 day return policy and we received after that date." There are two lies. 1) Funny they say they can't resell the box with the hole in it considering they didn't hesitate sending it to me. 2)I PLACED my order on 9/27 and UPS showed the delivery confirmation on 10/20. Finally, I asked to talk to a manager, she wasn't there, so I left my phone number and never received a call back. I called back and was able to talk to Leah and she reluctantly agreed to refund half of the restocking fee as long as I shipped back the box I received from them on my second order. Well that refund equaled my shipping cost so it wasn't worth it.

Anyways, I'm not sure if this is the tone of the top at the company, but there are absolutely no morals involved. I plan on posting on Slowtwitch.com to inform the national triathlon community to make sure no one orders from Cycle Club Sports."

"I ordered a headset on 6/22(wed) and it wasn't even shipped until 6/28(tues). When inquired as to what the holdup was, they told me it was due to extreme weather conditions in SE Texas. According to the internet there were no "extreme" weather conditions. When I pointed this out to their customer service, and informed them that I wouldn't be using them again they said "thanks for the progress report" and didn't offer anything in compensation. "

"Order was shipped same day as it was placed. Shipped on Friday, delivered on Monday. Selected UPS Ground but was shipped with USPS Priority Mail... no biggie. Thanks!"

"1) My order was deemed as fraudulent because I was prepared to pay the expensive shipping THEY recommended I choose. It's beyond me how a non-credit card transaction through PayPal can be deemed as fraudulent. 2) Four phone calls from Australia to the USA resulted in nothing - I left a detailed phone message to which nobody responded. 3) In desperation I emailed their sister company, Carbon Concepts, and only then did someone respond (tried phoning them too but the answering service is of such that I couldn't figure out if it was indeed them). 4) Finally they shipped my goods (still not received) and offered to repay some of my shipping - which I still haven't received and two emails to them have also not been answered. The irony is that I was prepared to pay for expedited shipping to have my goods before the Easter holiday, and thanks to them it won't happen. "
