We apologize for the issue you experienced with the wireless network adapter. We would be more than happy to assist you should you continue to have an issue. As for the rebates, the CyberPower rebate process for this item takes 10-14 weeks. For the manufacturer rebate, if the sales representative was contacted, he would have been able to assist with this issue. We do apologize for any inconvenience. I sent the wireless card back and got a replacement but it was either another broken one or the model they gave me isn\u0027t compatible with windows 7 at all because it won\u0027t show up in device manager or anything. I ordered a SSD with my system because it was supposed to be free after rebates but that turned out to be a total scam. The rebate was in 2 parts: $20 from the SSD manufacturer and $87 from Cyberpower themselves. The $20 was denied because Cyberpower didn\u0027t provide the UPC needed to complete the rebate. I mailed in the form for the $87 from Cyberpower and haven\u0027t heard about it again, and it\u0027s been over 5 weeks now. I have zero faith in the company as after multiple attempts to have the agent use the information they requested and was provided to them multiple times to process my order or at least provide me a competent agent they failed to provide me with any of the above.<br><br>Beyond these factors they refused to acknowledge the existence of any management or supervisor agents within the company for me to contact who could remedy the situation by actually following the instructions I provided them as to ascertain my status as a bona fide purchaser. I had to acquire the contact information for these management agents through third party resources.<br><br>Their replies and apologies are empty jestures that come only after I\u0027ve posted this review. "CyberPowerPC offers affordable and high-quality custom-made PCs. I received my desktop from them a week ago and it has performed beautifully as is without any complications. The shipping took a bit, but it to be expected with their stress test and the fact I went about the typical shipping route that took 4 days, but all in all a fabulous product for the price."
