Telephone support is absolutely tops because they use their products. Even had one lady help me with the sizing of a sauce pan. Who would have thought that the heavy duty stainless steel pots I was looking at had different construction, weights and diameter\/heights? An education. Never disappointed. A great place for research and browsing. A gift site we have used often. Shipping is excellent and the products they carry won\u0027t be found in many big box stores. Definitely glad we signed up for their email. Great staff and it shows they love their products and job. And did I mention that their pricing is fantastic?
