When I got it in, the placement was all wrong and was not what I thought I ordered. The chart online displays the placement on the right side, but in reality it doesn't necessarily go there. Also the product was stained by the sewing machine oil during the production. <br>I don't understand why they have a customer service number when all you are told is that the "quickest" response is e-mailing them. Don't expect a "quick" response. <br>They told me that I ordered it incorrectly and that I would just have to purchase a new $65.00+ stole (not including the express production and 2-day shipping I would now have to pay to get it in time). Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I refuse to ever purchase anything from this company again and I will be sure my friends, family, and chapter won't either. Stay away, order from another site that actually cares about their customers. She was the most kind and sweetest person I've ever spoken to when it comes to costumer service! I was so surprised, I was fully expecting someone to just tell me my order was delayed and there was nothing they can do about it. After I told her the situation, she went an extra mile to help me by making sure the stole stole shipped today and even gave me the tracking number. In addition, she called me back just to make sure I got the e-mail! I left a message with their customer service. At first, they said they only would give me a 10% discount. I didn't care about the discount, I just wanted a my sweat pants corrected.
