"I wish I had read the reviews. Credit card got charged, no packages received, no response from the company, no phone number to contact them. It's a scam. I have to dispute the charge now, and I will not have time to reorder the molds I wanted from a legitamate company before the event I needed them for."

Same experience as all mentioned here in...email requesting cc info...order not shipped...no response to multiple inquiries. Disputing charges and then reporting them to BBB and Yahoo ecommerce. These people need to be shut down."
"How depressing reading all these reviews! I too have been ripped off by these guys. After being asked for the last 3 digits of my card and not receiving my goods ordered in mid July 2012 I was told there was a 'family crisis' and they would send them soon. Well its end of September now and still nothing. I have never experienced such blatant stealing online before. Please don't order from them, only disappointment awaits!"

"This company is a total rip-off! I ordered two chocolate molds from them on 7-20-12. I have never received them. When I emailed them enquiring about the order, they said it was their error--they'd never been shipped. But they would get them sent. (I assumed they meant this year!) Now, I can't even get them to respond to my subsequent emails. If I knew who to report them to, I certainly would. NEVER, EVER order from this company unless you have extra money to kiss good-bye. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM CUSTOM CHOCOLATE SHOP. If I could give this shop a 0* I would. My experience is similar to everyone else's. Got an immediate email that the security number didn't come through. Responded with the code giving the business the benefit of the doubt. Then nothing. I ordered on 7/19, I have emailed them numerous times to confirm shipping and have gotten no response. I filed a dispute with the credit card company today. It appears to be a fraudulent business taking money and never sending products."
" I placed an order with them two weeks ago. Immediately got an email saying that the last 4 digits of my card didnt come through. Send them those again thinking it was a genuine email from the custom shop. Waited and waited. No delivery although it says 3-5 business days. Suspected something fishy from the email I got but gave them benefit of doubt. Wrote to them few times but no reply. They have no phone number to contact. Today two weeks later again looked for my order in the mail and no sign of delivery so I googled them and found a site where other customers experienced the same with the company. So realized I am probably ripped off. Had bought about 77 dollars worth chocolate transfer sheets. "

The only email I received was to tell me they needed the security code off my credit card. Luckily any charge that shows up I can dispute. What a pain!!! "Do not trust this seller. I placed an order over a month ago and have not receieved my item or any response from Kristen Hinkel - the owner. I have sent over 6 emails to her and nothing. I dont think Im getting my refund at all. I dont even this this business exists anymore as this owner has set up a new business called Lingerie and Costume Depot. If you google this you will notice the same set up of the website It would be interesting to see whether she actually sends the items purchased from this company. Buyer beware!!!!! Its a shame that I cant give this company no stars"
