posted May-03-2012 “Our site clearly showed that the Neuspeed kit only included a sway bar and two bushings, which is what you got. Neuspeed didn't intend to include a hardware kit or any other parts with this kit. Original mounting is re-used in the installation. If these parts are worn out on your vehicle, you are responsible to source them. I am not sure why you are giving us 2 stars since we delivered what we promised.”

posted Apr-12-2012 “You contacted us a week later after UPS said the package was delivered and demanded that we ship you a replacement part immediately. You were impatient and rude, after we told you that we needed to start a UPS tracer to see where the package is. UPS tracer usually takes 1-7 business days, and if you didn't wait a week to contact us, we could have resolved a situation a lot quicker. We didn't have another part in stock to send you, so WE ISSUED A FULL REFUND the same day you contacted us.
We do care about our customers, but you have to realize you are purchasing parts online. We are not located right next to you. Shipments take time. We don't have control over shipping companies and how they deliver packages. However, we will help every step of the way if problems occur with your parts or delivery.”
