"I just ordered a Kartboy short shifter from Custom Cars Central for my 04 STI. The day after I ordered it, Ross called me to let me know that the part was out of stock, but they would have it in later in the week. He gave me the option to back out of the order if I needed the part ASAP. I didn't need the part immediately, so I just asked them to send it to me when they get it in. I really appreciated the customer service as most retailers would either contact you via email or not contact you at all about the part being out of stock. Will definitely do business with these guys again!"
