I am very confused and surprised you had ANY COD charges. Can you please email customer service the amount of the charge, and a reciept? We will promptly remedy this situation and refund you any additional shipping charges you received. It will also give us insight on how/why/who/what caused this to happen as we NEVER ship COD.

We would like to let you know, per the tracking number sent to you e tracking information on 4/25 your item had shipped.
At the time of your review your item was actually awaiting pickup at your local post office (likely due to package size). Sometimes mail carriers fail to leave a pickup slip, so I can certainly understand your frustration and expectation your item should have been delivered by then. But please do know, after pulling up tracking information on your order, your item has indeed been awaiting your pickup at the post office. You should be able to pick up your merchandise with simply a photo ID if you didn't receive a pickup slip.
For any confusion we may have caused, we have refunded the cost of shipping on your order.
