We clearly state on our website and ALL our instructional videos as well the need of the wired controller ONLY when USING XBOX360. We do understand your frustration with anticipation we apologize for the shipment error but you can understand why since you changed the order after it was processed and both items were sent separately but with standard shipping rates you can may experience delays with delivery but we do offer Express delivery as well (optional). You can always contact support customer service before hand and they can also assist you with all question.”

We do understand your frustration but we can honestly say you are being really unfair about the misunderstanding on your part. You should contact support customer service first so they can guide you on properly setting your cronus device. This problem of lag you speak of has a simple solution. The "lag" it is actually a pairing issue between cronus and ps3 controllers that is easily fixable on the cronusCFG.”

I want to personally apologize, the start of our 2013 was very challenging for us especially with the company completely relocating and the over-whelming amounts of call and orders from the holiday season which was a blessing to carry over onto the first month our so of the new year but as you can imagine or average call wait time did increase.

I ordered it on a Tuesday and got it by Wednesday morning. Being in Canada I'm used to online orders taking weeks to be delivered so I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got it. As for the the CronusX itself, it's a great gaming accessory, especially for a person like myself. Being physically disabled, I have limited motion with my hands. And since I'm a game lover it's especially difficult when a game doesn't have customizable button options. Some games I simply cannot play because of this. So when I saw the CronusX I had to get it. Now I can customize the buttons of any and every game I want. I did have some issues with program used to map out the buttons but the customer service at Cronusdevice.com is extremely helpful. I emailed them a few questions and I always got a speedy and informative response.
