Everything came fine. Fast processing and good customer service. It was a small order and came from canada so it took 10 days to get here. I wasn't so happy about that.. but.. other than that, Criticool is great.

I ordered almost whole set up from CritiCool. Got email right away that my order has been processed. In couple days I realized that instead of adding Xeon water block to my cart I added AMD. I send email and explained my situation, Sean was very helpfull and he said that he could resend me Xeon top of waterblock for free! Got everything nicely packed! Great service, great prices! Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent customer service. Good web site. If ordering from USA be careful that your payment remains in US$. On my first attempt PayPal "helpfully" converted my payment, which delayed things.  
 
Customer service by email was quick, friendly and helpful.  
 
CritiCool can't do anything about the speed of the post, so I recommend paying to upgrade shipping.  
 
Everything in the order was well packed in bubble wrap and foam peanuts.  
 
I have no problem recommending CritiCool.

Criticool is one of the best Watercooling stuff seller in Canada.. Sean is very helpful, he e-mailed me many times explaining small/big things about watercooling. Excellent support, very quick shipping.

Quick friendly service.I was contacted almostimmediately to be informed that remaining stock left of the item that I ordered had a minor defect and was asked if I still wanted it at a reduced price.I agreed and received the item in record time via expedited post with a cheque for the differnce enclosed.

Excellent service. He was in the middle of a busy move due to unforseen circumstances and always kept me well informed. Package was shipped promptly and in good packaging. Everything works great, including their own brand-name reservoir.

I placed an order for a D-tek radiator with shroud and an eheim 1250 water pump. Both items arrived within a week with excellent packaging. Website was very easy to search for what I was looking for as well. Prices were pretty good.

Criticool is plain and simply Great! They don't stock just anything, only some of the best performing parts that exist. They also have their own parts I found out that other dealers resell.  
 
Any question you may have, oh you'll get answers alright. I do have experience and am still learning.  
 
All considered, when it comes to cooling and quality parts, this is where it's at. I never felt as confident with ANY cooling purchase as I did with this.

I ordered a reservoir from Criti Cool and I managed to loose my receipt (HDD failuire) I e-mailed them 3 times so far and didn’t have an answer yet  
I don’t even know if it was shipped or not and to top it off they don’t even take Credit Cards  
only COD and money order  
EDIT: 15/08/2003 I never recived anything from them so far

I recently ordered some water cooling parts from Criticool Solutions, and they really took care of me. They changed my order at my request without any problems, and they even sent my package 3 day select for no extra charge. The fittings I ordered for my pump also came already attched for me, and I just paid for the fittings. Great email communication, too.
