posted Feb-18-2010 “WE DO NOT CHARGE RESTOCKING FEE ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE OUT OF THE BOX, WE OFFERED A REPLACEMENT AND SUPPLIED AN RMA #, WHICH IS EFFECTIVE FOR 2 WEEKS. BUT WE NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK. A MONTH LATTER WE GET ANTHER CALL FOR ANTHER RMA #, BY THAT TIME THE ORDER WAS MORE THAN 50 DAYS OLD. OUR RETURN POLICY IS 30 DAYS. THANKS FOR THE REVIEW MARIA!”
"Ordered a pair of headphones on 11/19/2009. Didn't hear a thing until 11/25/2009. Now it's "not in stock". Cancelled order and ordered from BH Video. Costs $10 more but at least I'll get it. "
