My first experience with crisp deals was on Dec\/2011 when I ordered my CDJ350 kit over the phone and I told Tony that I rather pick it up at their place then shipped it all the way to Toronto Canada since I was travelling in New York at the time. My order was ready for pick up on time, they do have a nice facility and I must say great customer service!!! And a place you can trust ordering over the internet!!!! Since then I ordered twice again and have them shipped to my place. On one occasion the mixer that was shipped was defective and when I called them and spoke to Tony he right away shipped the new item and arranged to pick up the defective one with no cost to me without hesitation!!!<br><br>I must say overall GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! GREAT PRICES!!! I will definitely highly recommend this place to anyone!!! It was a great experience dealing with Tony!!! "Watch out for what you buy from these guys... the price you pay is not everything.
I purchased a Kenwood car system from them in 2010 that has died. Kenwood has a 2 year warranty that Crisp Deals shows on their site. The only problem is that they ARE NOT a authorized Kenwood dealer which makes any claimed warranty null and void.
When I confronted Crisp Deals on this they tried to insist that the Federal Trade Commission makes this illegal... far from the truth. FTC's website states "Check the warranty to see when it begins and when it expires, as well as any conditions that may void coverage." Kenwood states on their warranty card that one of their conditions is that the product must be purchased from an authorized dealer. Nice try CrispDeals!
This is fraudulent stating that there is a warranty when they know this is far from the truth! Before you loose $169 like I did check with the manufacturer. Frankly I wish now that I would not have been so focused on price....
To be fair... great customer service, great shipping and great prices. But not good at "after the sale" and not good at being truthful.
