I want to let you know that, and maybe it is because Crutchfield could be closer to where I live, but the speakers I ordered from them, got to me faster than the Car Stereo, which I ordered it before the speakers.  
 
Every thing went as planned, the installation of the unit and the speakers, and the in dash kit wasn't needed after all. Which I was happy about!!  
 
James was very good and knew alot about the product which help me to decide to order the unit from Crisp Deals instead of Crutchfield who had it for about $20 more.  
 
The only thing that I didn't understand was that online the site said if you find it at a lower price that Crisp Deals would beat it by 10% and all that James claimed he could do is give me a $10 coupon to use on the website on my next purchase.  
 
I am happy for the $10 coupon,but 10%  
would have added up to $18 off better than $10 coupon.  
 
Other than that, service was great and fast. Shipping was at the right price! Nothing, who could beat that?  
 
I would order again from them and I would recommend others to place an order with them.

i found,and ordered the new dds system from crispdeals. the order was shipped promptly and recieved in good order.i soon fell in love with the system.  
i found that crispdeals was canadian friendly,and easy to order from,they also kept me updated to where my unit was in the system.all in all a pleasant shopping experiance. some companies are hard to order from if you live in canada,their loss i guess, because i will order from crispdeals again..hmmm maybe a big screen?

I ordered a Rockford Fosgate 10" Stage 1 sub. It arrived quickly, and it sounds very nice. Now I just wish that I had a bigger amp.

I usually purchase electronics from Amazon, but Crispdeals' price was $11 less. My Denon noise-reducing headphones arrived within the promised delivery time, and worked perfectly. I would definitely buy from Crispdeals again.

I ordered a Yamaha RX-797 Home Theater Stereo Receiver on Feb 3 and it shipped from New York the same day and arrived in California on Feb 11, earlier than estimated. The unit arrived fully operational in sealed original packaging and is replacing a 35-year old Crown IC-150A pre-amp and DC-300A amp - both classics. My Crown pre-amp had a failed volume control but the 155W/channel DC-300A is working fine yet I've chosen to retire both (from the living room and my Sony big-screen) and go with the 100W/channel Yamaha. I'm using it with a Yamaha CD changer and Yamaha NS-1000M speakers (also 35-years old) and a cheapy 10-inch subwoofer (from Costco). The sound is a noticeable improvement in clarity (particularly in improved sibilance - the 's' sounds are very smooth and natural) and the subwoofer output adds a much better bottom-end-only sound than the standard pre-amp outputs used previously. It was pretty easy to setup the remote to control the TV and CD changer.  
 
One disappointment is the performance of the tuner section (in both AM and FM) using the simple passive-wire antennas provided with the receiver. I had expected it would be at least as good as a car radio - but it's basically unusable. I wasn't using a tuner previously anyway and cable provides music channels so I haven't lost anything - I just expected better performance. I'm in a hilly area and the crude wire antennas may not be adequate (though my car antenna is pretty crude too).

Horrible Service! I got a defective merchandise on January and worte to them so I could get a refund and they told me on email they had to charge me 15% restocking fee but i replied the same they why because I was returning because it was defective. They did not respond, I sent 3 emails and then I called for the third time and they tell me it's to late to return the product because enought time passed! very clever to let the time run until it's too late!!!!

Had a great experience with Tony @ Crispdeals. The price on the JVC unit was the lowest I could find, and Tony made the purchase easy. The radio arrived in only two days by UPS standard shipping. Amazing. I was able to install myself after locating a local source for the harness adapter, and it works like a charm. I will return to Tony for other components down the road. Great job!

I ordered a dvd player from crispdeals for a very good price and free shipping as well.
