"Will never go back!! I got speakers and amp along with complete installation kit. I bought a roll of speed write for 42 dollars cause I figured the car I was putting it in didn't already have one. There was a factory amp installed that ended up having the wires needed to get my job done. Needed to return this wire and was told no I could only use on credit for store. I'd just spent almost a thousand dollars on equipment then after fact bought one extra wire.I had an appt at a tinting ship here to get windows done for 135 dollars and came with lifetime warranty. I was told it'd be more than that at creative but only came with 1 year warranty. 170 with lifetime and that's without tax. I had no other choice but to have creative do it or I was out 42 dollars. Only did 1 year warranty so now I'm screwed if things go wrong in a year. It was still 109 for that. They did do a good job but I'd seen other places work that was just as good. So never again will I buy from creative again and I know a lot of people. I was gonna bring a lot of business but after this never again and same for a lot of people that hear this story! Did I mention it was the day after I'd purchased the wire I tryed to return unopened in perfect shape like when I'd got them and had receipt!!"
