Ordered Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 educational and the transaction was excellent. The price was very good, their communication was excellent, they verified my educational status quickly, and they shipped very quickly. The shipping could have been less expensive (or free!), but seriously, no real complaints. I have not had any problems and so I cannot vouch for their customer service. However, what I can attest to -- great prices, fast shipping, well shipped item, item as described, and excellent communication -- no complaints. I will order from them again.

I was able to get the product I wanted shipped overnight (for a reasonable shipping fee), and when I realized that I had selected the wrong version of the product (my mistake), Creation Engine was able to work with the manufacturer (Maxon) to okay an upgrade to the version I needed within hours, for the difference between the original prices.
