posted Jan-17-2011 “We're sorry for the problem caused. Unfortunately the manufacturer raised the price of this particular item. In hind site we should have just kept the price where it was and accepted the loss. This will not happen again. Despite our mistake this review is overly critical and rated us in categories which do not apply. We immediately notified the customer of the problem and refunded their money within 24 hours. (This all took place within 24 hours of the order being placed.) Our communication was prompt and courteous. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.”

During their sale, CrazyPC had loads of great deals on computer parts. The shipping speed was fast, CrazyPC packaged my items really well to avoid any potential damage during transport. Also, Mike at CrazyPC was really patient and helpful in getting my order shipped out. The level of customer service was excellent.<br><br>However, there were things that I didn\u0027t like about CrazyPC; which was providing a more streamline inventory system. I ordered items that weren\u0027t later available, but Mike over at CrazyPC gave me a call several times in updating my order due to the lack of quantity of the ordered items. The other thing that I didnt like was the dated website, which looked a bit old and inefficient compared to other sites.<br><br>I have ordered more than 300+ items during the sale week and the overall experience has been a positive despite their lack of providing an accurate inventory count on their website. <br><br>Just about CrazyPC was going to close its business, new owners has bought over their operation and plan to keep CrazyPC in business. "I couldnt find my GTX 570HD watercooling blocks anywhere, and I've never even heard of this company. Took a chance with them, and they are legit. I received my items the very next day
and they were perfect, brand new in unwrapped packaging. I'll order from them again!"
