After doing a lot of research, I decided to get my Pioneer PDP5050HD from CozaInc. They are authorized dealer, so, Pioneer will cover the warranty. They also offer the lowest price (as an authorized dealer) and good trasaction. I called more than 10 stores to check for the price. The sales person Leo was very helpful and professional with my purchase and answered all my questions in details. I ordered the TV on 6\/9 (Thur.), 6\/13(Monday) I already got phone call from shipping company to arrange the shipment. I had some problem with the shipping company, but, Leo helped me to resolve the issue, also followed up with me after I received the TV. Ordered on the 21st, they didn\u0027t have the actual item on stuck so Mr. Cortes eagerly asked me for my panny model to compensate on an alternative pedestal stand. And sure thing, he was able to contact panny and was able to find an alternate stand for my TV. Pushed the shipping on the 23rd. Received the item 2 days after as agreed. Will definitely come back and purchase items with these guys in the future. He knows his<br>products and is very honest- no high pressure tactics. He also offered the best price of any reseller internet or electronics store. Even the pricing on the extended warranty is excellent.<br><br>The plasma TV was shipped and received in about4 working days in the well-pack carton on a pallet.<br>It is delivered to your driveway or garage, but the truck driver helped me remove each piece (monitor, stand, speakers and media center from the larger box, carry each into the house and waited until I inspected each piece.<br><br>After assembling the components and connecting it to my cable it worked fine. We have had the set since 1\/05 and are pleased with the picture and features.<br><br>If you are ishopping for a plasma or LCD monitor or TV you can\u0027t find a better authorized dealer than Corza.
