"Avoid buying items from Brooks, KY. They do not list proper descriptions for their items.

I received a surface pro 3 unit that had nothing bad listed on the under descriptions, but was sent a unit with a huge crack across the screen. Lost a good deal and have to drive out to return. What a pain."

"I received the wrong item and requested a replacement and was informed that it was out of stock so a refund would issue after I returned the incorrect item. No attempt was made to offer a similar replacement even though such items are in stock. I am angry and disappointed and will reconsider future Cowboom purchases. Also it has been almost two weeks since I sent the incorrect item back with no refund or notification. I'll stick with Amazon and EBay for future purchases..."
