I researched on the internet for 2 replacement lamps for an overhead projector - yes believe it or not in this day and age "Overhead Projector"!!!! Cousin's Video, Inc. link was listed and they offered the best price and shipping. Before placing the order I contacted the office of Cousin's Video and they were very helpful ensuring I was indeed ordering the right lamps. Within 10 minutes of completing the online order I received an email from Cousin's Video stating that I entered an inccorect zip code. They offered to correct my mistake if I could supply them with the correct zip code and finalize my order. Later I received an email stating the ship date and received the items a couple days later. I enjoyed working with Cousin's Video, Inc. and would recommend them to others.

At first, I got an email informing me that the item will be shipped in 1 - 2 weeks time. After 10 days, when I contacted them through email, I was told that the item is on back order and will take another 10-14 days before it will arrive at the warehouse.  
 
Well, they should have given me more accurate shipping estimate first time rather than making me wait for 2 weeks. Eventually I bought it from anohther merchant with USPS shipping and the item arrived in 1 week.
