posted Jan-26-2010 “Sometimes we do require additional information on orders to protect the credit card holder from fraudulent activity. Because your order was on hold, waiting for additional information; you were sent one automatic email on Saturday and one automatic email on Sunday because our offices are closed on the weekend. In this particular case the order was placed in Spain, the billing address was in VT, shipping to NY and the cardholder’s ID from CA. We were not able to speak to the cardholder, nor verify any of the information provided with the order. Because of this, the order was canceled to protect the registered cardholder of the account as well as ourselves.”

posted Mar-08-2010 “Actually you were shipping to a Hotel in NY with a credit card from California with multiple names and a telephone number based in Colorado.
When we explained to you that we were not able to verify any of this information (for fraud prevention purposes) and that we could not ship to a Hotel for these reasons, you then provided a different shipping address that was a concierge service for package pickup.
When someone from our processing department explained this, you asked to speak with a supervisor who explained why we could not process your order. At no time was anyone on our staff rude to you or hung up on you.

"Worst company I ever did business with. I had to cancel the order. They asked for credit card pre-authorization, signed authorization for the credit card charge, copy of the driver's license of the card holder. I complied on behalf of the cardholder, my daughter. I had agreed to pay an extra charge for 2 day delivery. They kept sending email after email, and ended up not shipping in time. On top of it not to acknowledge that I asked them to cancel the order they sent me an email saying that they decided to cancel it because they could not talk to the card holder. They should not be in Internet Commerce."
