"I ordered a simple, small item from CostCaptain on May 2nd. Today is May 16th and I still hadn't heard from them or received the item. I tried to call. Surprise! No number listed online. You need your order number to send a message. I never even got a confirmation email yet my bank was charged the full amount for the item on May 2nd. I finally heard from them today and they said they will ship the item tomorrow. So, after 14 days they haven't taken action on my order. I will never go through CostCaptain again. They have horrible service, a bad website for customer support and apparently the most disorganized and slowest warehouse out there. Avoid this retailer. "

"I would not recommend Cost Captain to my worst enemy. I ordered a product for my son's birthday and received the confirmation email. Then I heard NOTHING from them. I ordered this product WELL in advance of my son's birthday. I tried emailing them and no response. I spent most of the day on the phone trying to talk to a person but all I got was being put on hold then I got their voice mail. I left messages and no one responded. I finally cancelled my order because their lack of customer service cannot be tolerated. They are a rip off and no matter how low the cost of a product they are selling on their web site, they won't have it in stock. I've read on other posts about them, they have done this before and have numerous complains with the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT order from CostCaptain.com."
