Order took 17 calendar days (slightly beyond the max 15 days for expedited shipping disclosed on website).<br><br>No issues with the K. Rin costume\u2014fit & quality were highly satisfactory. <br><br>Sasuke costume though was not as seen in picture on website (i.e. no logo on back and no design on sleeves). However, follow-up of customer service (c\/o Maria) was exceptional. A replacement costume was in-hand in less than a week. Some other inconsistencies though: first set came in 2 pieces (shirt & shorts separately) while second set was one-piece (shirt & shorts sewn as one as per website). "I Ordered a Dragon Ball Z (Goku) costume from these guys less than 10 days ago and the costume is now sitting in my hands. it is great, the quality is far better than i ever thought it would be. I had concerns that it may not be delivered in time but i contacted customer service and they got onto it straight away for me. I will definately use them again if the oportunity arrises and couldnt recomend them more. (Just look at sizes i mean im about 84kg and 179cm i got an XL where i would normally be a medium or large just pays to look at their sizing chart).
Further to this I ordered another Costume from Milanoo.com 3 weeks before this costume was ordered and they have informed me it will not be here untill late April which will be a two month turn around NEVER USE MILANOO. COSPLAY SHOPPER IS the BEST."
