reply posted May-17-2013 “Cards are authorized at checkout, your bank does a pending transaction, we don't "get your money" instantly. Nor do we make "interest on your money", in 8 days, that's ridiculous, it actually takes a little while to even get funded to us, and in the majority of cases (90% of orders) when a product is immediately available we are spending the money on the part to ship it same day BEFORE the money from the customer is actually ever even funded to us. Occasionally, as appears to be your case, items take longer then 1 day to ship out. And, so you know, irregardless of where you order from that is actually very common in this industry. There are simply so many hundreds of thousands of part numbers and colors and trims and styles and vendors, etc...parts availability is always something you should check into ahead of time. And 8 days is really not bad at all, if something had to be made or brought in, that's actually pretty quick.We are hear to help you, not here to cause problems for anyone, we've been doing this for 6 years. We are going to ship everything we sell as fast as we (and the distributors, manufacturers, etc) possibly can. Hopefully that's something you can appreciate and understand.”

They charged me 8 days before a certain product was in stock and ready to ship which was not mentioned anywhere on the website - I even received an email saying all parts of your order are in stock and ready to ship and should ship within the next day. I despise places that charge you and then make interest off of your money while they then contact the manufacturer to get the product their website says they have in stock. This is shady business practices. I would not recommend these people and will never shop with them again.
