I ordered a printer - they subsituted another model with out notification, and charged an additional $199 for toner that is included by the manufacturer. Supposedly you agree to this when then call to ask you if you want toner and drum and advise you of shipping charges. Shipping was slow, my credit card was billed prior to the order even being sent to the warehouse and I had to repeatedly ask for an itemized invoice. Very frustrating. Note: I order many many printers and other IT equpment each year for several offices and have never had such a bad experience.
