reply posted Jun-15-2013 “i have made three calls and have spoken to my customer all three times. the frame is completely insured against any manufacturer defects and that we were willing to exchange the frame and provide shipping label's to get the exchange done. the offer still stands and it can be taken advantage of at any time within the first year of the frame purchase. as always we greatly appreciate our customers.

reply posted Apr-15-2013 “customer was sent the wrong color on the frame he had purchased at my store, and it is true that My staff initially asked the frame be returned before we were to replace the because at first we thought the customer wanted to exchange the frame he got. once we realized the the mistake was ours we refunded the shipping of the wrong frame to us and over-nighted the correct color to our customer. there is no excuse on sending someone the wrong item and we have 3 checks on each shipment prior to sending out the merchandise, on very rare occasions a mistake is made and we make every effort to correct our mistake.

"I went to a local optician and found a pair of glasses that I liked. I found them on Coolframes.com for over $300 cheaper with prescription lenses. I was a bit skeptical, but found Louis very helpful and saw the great past customer reviews on line. The glasses are exactly what I expected. the customer service was fantastic. If the opportunity arises, i will definitely use them again."
