"Overall, I think it is a good and reputable outfit. bought bushnell rangefinder new, unfortunately it was defective. Initially, had a little difficulty getting a hold of the customer service agent, but when I did, it appeared I actually spoke with the proprietor of the business. He was over apologetic for the the delay in getting back to me, but more so because the product was defective (which of course wasn't his fault) to make a long story short I sent it back to the address he gave me, (bad part of the transaction is it was at my expense and I would have expected cool e-buys to cover this. No such offer was forthcoming. This added cost made the unit not as good a deal as first intended which was the impetus to ordering from cool e-buys in the first place) and when receipt was confirmed he sent out a new one that works fine. So the delay and added cost to send back are the downside, but the service and communication is what what I would expect from a reputable dealer. I would buy from again."

"I bought a WeatherTech trunck mat from Cool e-buys. The price was great. The shipping was a little slow, but it came sooner than their estimate at the time of delivery. Everything else was great."

"I couldn't find any info on Cool E-buys and wasn't sure about ordering from them. I gave them a call and talked to them for about 30 minutes asking lots of questions. They answered all my questions and didn't try to pressure me into any purchases. I was wanting to purchase a shallow water anchor and the cost was near $1200 and these guys were going to save me about $300 dollars. I decided to give them a try and I was pleased with the results. The item shipped right away and I received it a few days later just as described. I've already shared these guys with my family and will surly be using them again. Very Pleased "
