"I've made several purchases from Cootechnica over the past several months. The orders have gone smoothly and Bruce is knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. The true test of a company is often when you need support after the sale. One of the radiators I purchased had a problem. I emailed Bruce on a Friday evening after I found the problem. He immediately emailed me back, apologized for the problem and said he'd ship me a replacement Monday. He then got in touch with the manufacturer who promptly emailed me. After exchanging a few emails with Bruce and the manufacturer, the manufacturer, HWLabs shipped me a replacement which I received the following Tuesday morning. HWLabs actually shipped me a upgraded model. Excellent customer support from both Cooltechnica and their supplier HWLabs."

"My experience with Cooltechnica is excellent. I placed 5 orders with them in the last of couple of months. I received all of my orders on time. I had a problem with one of the products that I purchased just recently. And although the manufacturer did not honor the warranty (a 226W peltier broken wire issue), Cooltechnica replaced it immediately. I recommended Cooltechnica to so many people who are interested in PC water-cooling, including friends, co-workers and relatives. Everybody's extremely happy with their. "Bruce at cooltechnica is one great guy. He is very knowledgable on his products. He is very polite and takes the time to make sure the customer is satisfied with their order. The prices are also great beating out dangerden on their own products.I am extremely satisfied with the service I recieved and just placed another order with him and will continue to do business with cooltechnica. Another good thing is that I live in NJ and I recieved my package next day via standard ground shipping. "

" I can only rate Cooltechnica as first class. From my initial contact to my continued ordering their service has been second to none. I placed my first order a couple of months ago after enquiring about processing an order for my sister to collect while she was on holiday in NY (I live in the UK). Bruce has been extremely helpful in both my email contact and arranging with my sister to collect my initial order, he always takes time to offer invaluable advice. In summary a better online supplier I have yet to find and I look forward to both my continued business and their continued success :)"
"Good store. The support staff know what they are doing. I called a little after I ordered to change a few things and they fixed the order right away. Paranoid packing job (good thing). The only thing I would change is to get the copper top instead of the lucite, but it should be great either way."

"Even with tons of research I had no idea about watercooling. Bruce, had tons of patience and walked me through the purchase process helping me pick out an amazing system.
I decided to pick up the system instead of having it shipped and arrived a little early. Bruce, was just finishing the build and allowed me to watch as he mounted the components to the case. I also got to ask a lot of questions and he showed me the best way to connect the hoses and other pieces. He took a lot of time out of his day to help me out.
As I finished it off at home his tech support was great. He responded in a few hours and his answers helped tremenously. "
