"ordered pump and some other item's on 1/17/07 at mid day recieved conformation email for order. I checked order status at the site and it said the order was verified. I waited until the following week to checked status of my order there was no change sent email for delivery status and got no reply. I don't use a free email account. After 10 days with order going no where I called there costumer service phone # and canceled my order. When I called all I got was the voice mail. I will not do buisness with them again my order was over $100."

"I ordered an AquaXtreme MP-05 SP Limited CPU block. It was back ordered for a couple weeks because I wanted the special A64 springs, but shipped promptly when they got them in. To my surprise, the block leaked a bit and I discovered that one of the o-rings in the block was missing. I sent an e-mail explaining the problem and got a reply the same day. They immediately sent out a whole new block with a return shipping label for the faulty one.
