"A first time buyer from Cook's Direct and ordered an Arctic Air commercial refrigerator and freezer. Ordering and shipping was very fast & easy, both units were delivered on our schedule date and time. The representative Patty, who I worked with, was very helpful and communications after the sale were great. All issues were addressed in a very timely manner and we are happy with the equipment order. Will buy again from Cook's based on our first experience!"
