I called the 1-888 number and left a message. Within 20 minutes, Brian, a customer service representative, called me back and talked to me very professionally and efficiently. Within 30 minutes after the phone call, he shipped out the product that is exactly what I asked. At the same time, he emailed me the UPS pre-paid return label for me to return the unwanted product. I have been shopping online for more than 20 years and rarely write any review. The excellent service from ContempoLife impressed me so much and I would like to recommend them to everyone who may do business with them. They really know how to treat their customer and they are professional and countable. I will not hesitate to buy anything that I need through them in the future. "I am in the same boat as the last four people. They double charged me for a BioBidet 1000. When I realized that on my statement, I emailed them and they replied saying that they would credit me back the extra charge. More than 3 months have gone by, no credit, no replies, not able to get through. I agree with Peter Scott that "they are going out of business and just taking whatever they can. Avoid at all costs."
It's so sad because I like their products and were willing to recommend to friends and family."
