"Nicole London is great. she took hold of the issue I had. talked with marketing the vendor and another customer to solve my issue. Another customer used my warrenty number to register a product. So when I went to register my camera I could not register it as it was already used. Nicole London did a great job (did i say that before) to bring all of the necessary people together to resolve the issue"

"I haven't yet needed to use the warranty so I cannot rate that, but the ease of setting up the registration for the purchased warranty was great! I needed some help locating the serial and model #s and Nicole was fantastic and cheerful in helping me to do so. Glad to do business with a company that still believes customer service is a top priority! Website is a snap to use and the customer service phone number is easily seen and quickly answered. Awesome!!! I will continue to use their services and recommend them to friends."

"Regarding Bina Khariton | Service Liaison: {{{ I LOVE you }}} Bina heard, understood, and conquered my dilemna.

Finally I'd purchase a warranty with my furniture b4 expire period [$20 on a $65 item- go figure]. I thought it was high but its 3 years on an airbed, with a probability of using it [will know better next time.]

So, I coughed up the dough and days later, along comes this discount coupon offered by the company- days later. I'm not amused. So I call the warranty company and get- Bina.

Short story long, she listened, got it, and helped me understand the difference between sales department and service department- quickly... and clearly. [Did I say that I love great communicators?]

So, I now know who to talk to. Gotta run to other biz rightnow, Our conversation was short, sweet and informative.

i have one more step, but it'll be made confidently. Only a great pair of legs beat confidence! Thank you Bina.

"So far, I've gotten GREAT service at CPS! Eric F. researched the problem, explained several possible solutions, and provided a lot of helpful info. So I'm now getting a replacement cell phone through the purchasing company (not the CPS warranty service) because I had the cell phone for less than 30 days and my problem was a "pre-existing condition"."

"When I signed up for an extended warranty for my new camera, I was transferred to the Consumer Priority Service site. I tried to open the information for the warranty, but was unable to do it. Therefore, I asked for help from their Customer Service and received an immediate response from Izzy Yevdayeva. She asked me for the pertinent info needed, and said that she would complete the process for me once she had the info. I emailed the info to her and did not expect to hear back until after the Memorial Day weekend. I received an email back from Izzy on the actual holiday saying that she had received the info and had completed the warranty process. I appreciate her assistance and quick response. What great and timely customer service! This was a wonderful first contact with CPS and I look forward to working with them in the future should the need arise."
