Product as described, great price, fast service. Will definately shop again

Item totally not as described,packaged poorly,shipped with the battery(defective) and ac adapter on top of the lid for the LCD.Screen has compression marks on it.Returned within 7 days and with the RMA # clearly on the box and they still refused it.If you deal with these clowns and get a bad deal,good luck trying to get your money back from them.Just file a chargeback with your credit card.AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This is a great place to find some bargains. My items were shipped quickly and were in perfect condition. Several camera items were ordered and the quality is what I had expected. One warning verify the items number online as I noticed one Canon camera bag number did not match their picture but I found another that turned out alright.

Lowest price on the Bluetooth kit I needed, even lower than eBay. Received via FedEx very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

This company has found a great way to scam buyers! BEWARE! We received a totally defective Xbox 360 and purchased a one year warranty. You cannot be reimbursed for the shipping on defective mdse ($22) or for the $30 warranty, AND you have to pay to send it back. From other reviews I've read, I don't expect to even see the refund. The "fine print" already states that they don't have to send me a new system, just refund my purchase price. Lousy deal!

I am not happy with the level (or lack thereof) of customer service at all. First, it took a week to process my order with no feedback whatsoever. Then my order FINALLY shipped on 5/29/2009 (again, with no email or other notification, you have to check their website to see anything). No tracking number was provided (it just says "drop shipped", and it is now June 8th, and I have NO idea where my order is, even though I paid $14.95 to ship a license key. They have not responded to my inquiries, though they had no problem charging my card. I am going to give them a few more days and then have my CC provider issue a charge back. Since posting my review, I have since found out that Consumer Depot is in the process of being SUED by the State of TN in an attempt to shut them down for fraudulent business activities. DO NOT by from them, they are scam artists.

I never got it and they refuse to acknowledge the fact or do anything about it. I still dont have my item. I ordered it a month ago

The product I ordered was was much cheaper than other online stores. It was just as described and the shipping was super fast. I was very pleased with my purchase.

NEVER AGAIN...READ AND SAVE YOURSELF GRIEF!  
 
Dell XPS computer was purchased as "refurbished". It came in non-factory, flimsy packaged and arrived DOA. The unit had cracks and scratches that were mostly cosmetic but much worse than the Dell Factory refubished units. I have concluded that the system was simply "used" and not refurbished. The system had a hardware problem with its media reader that could have been detected if the unit was tested prior to shipping. I know the unit was not tested because the batter operated wireless moused had leaking, dead AA batteries in it. The bottom line was they were not willing to replace the item and only offerred me the chance to return the item at my expense -- which was nearly $70 on a $629 item. It is not clear if the shipping to me (also $70) will be refunded when the item is received at their end. SO I COULD BE OUT $140 ON A $629 ITEM THAT WAS LIKELY NOT WORKING WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED.  
 
SHAME ON CONSUMER DEPOT!!  
 

Competitive prices but unfortunately even the system says available and you pay for your items you WILL NOT always get what you ordered since this company has their own local stores and will satisfy their needs before others.. This part is really uncomfortable,  
Shipping is very high on small items, specially if you buy quantity.. But deliveries are VERY FAST
