"I normally never review stuff but this an exception. I ordered a R4i SDHC Dual Core Backup Unit but received a R4 RTS Lite instead. This wasn't really an issue considering the R4 RTS Lite is newer. Unfortunately less than two weeks it stopped functioning. I submitted an incident to their support help desk but received no reply. I created this incident 5 days ago. The incident number is EVD-480251. I also tried emailing firstname.lastname@example.org but received no reply. I tried calling ConsoleSource.com (888-779-1377) several times but no one answered. Other times I also received a busy signal. I debated whether or not to order another cart but ended up purchasing a Supercard DSTWO SCDS2 in the end. Unfortunately I noticed they submitted two orders for the same card. The status for the other order says not finished but I worry that they will charge me twice for something I only bought once. I am very disappointed with Consolesource.com. This site was recommended in the past but I will have to find another reliable site. This has ultimately prompted me to report this shady company to the BBB.*Update* They finally replied back to me back in December and I ended up shipping the product back to them before Christmas. I made sure to add insurance and follow the rest of the instructions exactly as stated. Around the second week of January the online system stated that the product successfully passed through to Canada. It is now March and I still have not received my replacement. I even emailed them back in February but still no response. I will never ever order from this place again."
"I ordered an r4i Sdhc 3ds flashcard from Console Games on 01/02/2012. They said that it would take 3-15 business days for me to get the package. I didn't look at all of the negative reviews until I had already ordered from their site. After reading the reviews of from people living in the US, I started to get a bad feeling, and eventually paranoid that my money was getting stolen. Turns out I got my package on time (not including holidays). It came the 3rd week on 1/19/10 I have not tested the product yet... I will update when I do... For now, Console Source gets 5 stars from me..."
"VERY SLOW. Order placed 12/27, not advised anywhere they were closed that week for holiday. Order ships 10 calendar days later. Emails and calls to them get no response. Finally reached someone on phone today and when presented them with this information their response is "that's right". No care for you, or their service to you. I still do not have the product, and their estimate is the end of next week, or 4 WEEKS!!!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!"
"Order has never arrived I contacted Cosole Source and got a reply to log a complaint with Canada Post. The order did not have a shipping number so I raised a ticket asking for this so I could log my complaint. So far not the shipping number has not been provided. I'm a UK customer and I imagine even if I got number from Canada post they would just say yep it got to UK--From there it would be interesting to see how I could further track this order. In my opinion as a UK customer if you can get it in the UK then do so. I'm just going to have to write off my cash and put it down to experience..I have dealt with China on ebay many times and never had this problem. Once bitten one bad experience and this puts me at unease dealing with anyone internationally. Not great for anyones business."
"Ordered an AceKard 2i about a month ago and still have not received it. I choose the free shipping method. I have tried contacting them and they told me that it was shipped and I should receive it the week before Christmas. Now they are just ignoring my tickets and I cannot call as their phones are always busy.Will update if I received the product I paid for.Finally received the product today.The product does not work as promised, I figured it out on my own. I would not recommend buying from this company they do not flash their carts before they send them out so you will need an old DS if you plan on using them on a 3DS."

"Placed order on 10th of Dec, product arrived on the 24th. Slow shipping, but order arrived as described with no problems.If I shop here again I definitely won't pick the free shipping. When they say 1-3 weeks they mean 1-3 weeks. If you order from ConsoleSource.com I strongly advise you to pay for a faster shipping method."

"I placed the order since it said that it was in stock and selected ups ground as delivery method. Then I happened to notice that the status went to queued. I waited a few weeks and then contacted them to see what was up and no reply till I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They cancelled the order right away and said they would refund my money, but I have yet to see the money back in my account. I treid calling their toll free number but it is busy all day long up until the time they close. Must be a lot of people trying to get there money back. I have ordered in the past from here with success but the last two orders were terrible. If my money does get refunded like stated then I would be willing to change this review but until then I would recommend not buying from this company. "
"I have hopefully found a decent supplier for the ievolution card for the 3DS. I am a UK Buyer and have requested Canada Post Xpresspost International. I have read some negative reviews on here about shipping times. It has worried me a little. Being Irish, I like an underdog.I hope that I can prove that this company is a good international supplier. Looking forward to recieveing my items. *UPDATE*Order cancelled and refunded on the 24th of November. Item was shown in stock at the time of order. A few days later, the item was then shown pre order ETA jan 2012......Console source responded to my email and stated a refund has been issued. "I am so disgusted with this so called company! I received my order quickly, but it was NOT what is was described to be - it was a piece of junk. So I submitted a 'claim ticket' through their website to get a refund - NO REPLY. I have tried calling their toll free number - it's either busy or it rings and then goes silent. I have tried their website live chat - but there is NEVER an available operator to speak with. And according to their website you cannot get a refund without first submitting a claim and then waiting for them to reply with return instructions. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!! I PLAN TO CONTACT THE BBB AND MY VISA, TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO. "First time I ordered from them, I received my item very quickly. This time, I placed an order for the same item, and it is listed as in stock. I placed the order on 9/22/11, and it is now 10/18/2011. The order status says "queued." Sent an email 10/13/2011 about the issue, and have still not received a response."
