"I was notified by email on 11/02/07 that shippment had been made. visa was charged so after 15 days and shipment had not arrived emailed support and all I got was the runaround this is the 21 and still no shippment so on friday will notify vesa fraud department and have them blacke listed so no one else gets hurt. Fraud at its worst. This person appears to have dissappeared years ago, and is now just taking money from orders without any followup. You receive an email about a week after purchase saying order is preparing to ship. then USPS never receives the package. It remains on Shipping inf has been received. DO NOT PURCHASE. FRAUD and you will LOSE YOUR MONEY. yes caps are necessary to emphasize that it is like giving money away. In addition, when you call to contact number, it goes to a voicemail where a boy has an answering machine to calls you will never get returned. ever."

"On Wednesday, January 11, 2006, I ordered a Super SmartJoy from Consloestop.com. All I've gotten is an e-mail to confirm that payment has been made to them -- that's it. Its now the 28th and I haven't gotten my package yet, and their website said it would be 2-3 days shiping. I have e-mailed them 3 times and I've only gotten 1 response back from them, telling me "New status: Preparing Shipment". That's all. I beginning to wonder how long it takes to put something in a box? In the e-mail I wrote them I asked if it was on back order because they have been "preparing shipment" for 17 days and counting. I have called them 15 times, no one picks up; I left 4 messages with no response back on the calls. I don't see anywhere on their site how to cancel my order."

"I ordered this item on the 16th of November and my credit card was verified within a day, and i ordered 2-3 day select shipping. My order is still "Preparing Shipping" and its been over two weeks. I have called the compnay twice but they do not answer, I left two messages and still no luck. I e-mailed the company and they never responded. I would not recomend this site to ANYONE because of the lack of customer support and the speed at which it takes a 2 day shipping product to arrive. I still have not recieved my product, and I am thinking of canceling my order."

Like the reviewer before me, I called multiple times to try and resolve this problem (in vain). I don't want to go as far as calling ConsoleStop thieves, but, unless they really gets their act together soon, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Update: It is now 10/19 and the status of my order STILL has not changed. Unless this guy [ConsoleStop.com] got flattened by a car during these months, I can safely conclude without any doubt that this is indeed THEFT. Do not by any means fall throw away your money on a website that is apparently (based on the answering machine message) run by a prepubescent *******. Although I do not wish to jump to any conclusions, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if all of these previous "Very Satisfied" ratings were made by the owner of ConsoleStop himself.
Update #2: It is absolutely disgusting how ConsoleStop.com has now removed their link to this rating site from their front page. Yes, HIDE YOUR SCAM!"
