"Easy to find what I needed and the lowest price on the web. Received order in two days. One cartridge seemed light, no problem emailed them and got a replacement that printed fine. I will use Concord again and know they are there to help you if needed. "

"Ordered 6 Concord brand Fax cartridges, 3 failed. Concord will not stand behind them. Terrible cartridge quality. Suggest you buy elsewhere.

"I ordered Xerox brand ink sticks for a Xerox Phaser printer in the afternoon from this Illinois based business. Price for order was best price I found. I paid for standard shipping (not premium shipping) and expected the order to arrive in a few days or the following week. You can imagine my amazement when UPS was knocking on my door in western Colorado less than 24 hours later with my order. (they must have a Denver warehouse). This has been my only order with Concord, but the experience has been excellent and I would buy from them again."

"We purchased a complete set of toner cartridges and image drums for our Oki 5100. After replacing the drums, we saw the ink ghosting from one page to the next rendering our printouts useless. After talking with customer service, the rep acknowledged that the magenta drum must be defective but that the drums only had a 30 day return policy. Since my order was 2 months old instead of 1 there was nothing she could do to help me. Shockingly poor service, and we will never order from again. $93 each plus shipping, and you would think they would work at least once within 60 days of shipping, but apparently thats too much to ask for these days. I guess you live and learn."

"I ordered ink cartridges for my Epson Stylus Photo Printer on April 1 and they arrived on April 2, with their standard shipping. No hassles on the website, no bait and switch ads. Concord Supplies is the kind of company that all web merchants should model. A+++"

"I ordered a toner cartridge for a Brother printer. It was a fraction of the cost of other toner cartridges at stores and other online retailers. They shipped same day, and I received it 2 days later (normal, ground shipping). The cartridge had obviously been refilled, but I don't care!! It was cheap and did the trick. I will DEFINITELY be using them again. VERY HAPPY!"

"I ordered the authentic Xerox Phaser 8560DN Inks. The order was placed July 22 and I received them July 23. I got exactly what i ordered and it was THE fastest shipping ever!! I love it. This was the first time I used them but i will be using them more often now. Good job. "
