"I ordered a netgear wireless router and laptop wireless adapter in seperate orders. UPS tracking indicated that the router was on my porch, but when I got home it was nowhere to be found. I called the help line and they told me it could take up to 10 days for the "trace request" to be processed by UPS. I was bummed until I saw that Computers4SURE had put in another order for me with a second day delivery!! Very cool. A neighbor came by right after that with the package (left at the wrong house), so I called and canceled the order, but I was impressed with their customer service and quick response. I will order from them again."

Received the order on 6/27 in excellent shape. Shipping/handling may have been a little high compared to some, but their price was so good, it was a better deal overall. Will definately use this company again."
"Summary: Excellent service, I would definitely order from them again. I bought an IBM ThinkPad from them, telling the sales rep that I need it in a hurry. He accurately told me everything I needed to do to make it happen, and the unit shipped the same day. 2 day shipment was quite reasonable ($17.50), and the unit arrived a day early in excellent condition. My only small issue: the sales rep didn't have completely up to date information about IBM add-on accessories (in this case an internal wireless card)."
"Bought a HP Monitor 22" for $294.95, received it in 5 days in excellent condition. Same Monitor on HP's website is $400.00, and HP charges tax. I had free shipping and no tax. Did everything online with out any trouble at all. Would buy from this vendor any time."

"Best price around after rebate on Netgear wireless "G" router and notebook card. Paid for UPS ground, but equipment at my doorstep the next afternoon. Well packaged. Got conformatory emails for order and shipping. Not much more I could ask of a vendor."

"I ordered an Philips LCD Monitor (180P2G74) from this website only after attempting to order from other sites, but finding the product was out of stock. The updated "instock" count is a great feature on this site. I received tracking information as soon as the order shipped. They didn't charge my credit card until the order was shipped. Ordered on wednesday, received friday (today)...UPS Ground. Wonderful company, good prices, I'll order from them again."
