"I have ordered RJ11-6F Modular Adapter but what I received was a broken adapter (received on 8/24/2010). Also, I have left the voice mail with customer representative of Computer Cable Store but no reply yet. I am not satisfied with their customer service and looks like they cheated me on this order."
