"i made this order on September 5 2007, and i did not get it until Sep 17, i asked them to cancel my order many times , but the did not , the kept on saying that the order is on the way!!! don't deal with these guys , they are Crooks and Liars. the worst Customer Service ever"

"**Buy from this store if you want to wait forever for you merchandise or if you want to loose your money**

On the 11th of March, I bought and Acer Laptop from this store on amazon.com. On the 13th, they sent me a tracking number to follow up with FedEx. I live in Maryland and the item had to get to me all the way from where their warehouse was.

Somewhere along the way, the merchandise got lost by FedEx. I contacted them. They kept telling me we will call you back over and over but they never did. Finally I got a hold of them. They said they couldn't give me another merchandise or refund my money unless Fedex paid them for the merchandise.(Even though I paid for the item and the shipping was on their part) I spoke to their customer service and they were terrible.

They lied about everything that I asked them. I had already talked to FedEx and they did not know that.

Now, after paying $890 for a laptop, I didn't get my item neither did I get my money back. This is not a way to treat a 19 year old. I don't even have that much money.

Don't Buy From This Company. They Lie, They Steal and I Don't Think They Have Any Merchandise To Sell To Anybody. They probably take your money and buy the item from someone else.

My lawyer is filing a Lawsuit against them and I'm also filing a police report.

THEY ARE THIEVES.

"One of product was out of stock and I was not infomed and they did not show out of stock when I placed order. Called them on 12/1 since I did not see my order status udpated then they told me one of item was out of stock. They told me the stock just came in and they are supposed to ship it out on 12/4. Got phone call from them on 12/4 told one of the product Nvidia 7900GS was not the correct in their web posting and they asked me if I would like to drop this product order. I am not satified with their explaination and delay my order. End of I cancelled two products I ordered. They should improve the inventionry control and update order status promptly. This is my first time order with them and end ending with bad experience."

"Canceled my order without any notification to me! I had to go to the site to see that it was canceled. I won't shop here again."

"Thought you found a great deal here? Don't count on it, it's probably a scam. Bonus: they have no customer service email address.
I thought I'd found a great deal, but my order was canceled with no notification to me. I found out by checking on my order status when it didn't arrive.
I suspect they are phishing for information to sell, baiting with too-good-to-be-true deals. Right after I signed up with this company, I started getting a lot of spam that I'd never received before.
With no contact email, the spam and the canceled order, I wouldn't recommend trusting or working with this company when there are so many alternatives out there."

"I was immediately given a tracking order for delivery but it was never activated and I was never E-mailed on nature of the delay. I called twice and was told it was still on backorder. After 5 weeks I cancelled.

At least the company had an 800 number and were courteous & nice people. Their policy is to charge a credit card only when the backordered expresso machine was shipped. So I had no worry about getting my money back. "

"Terrible terrible terrible. I ordered a product advertised on their site, received confirmation and was charged only to have the order cancelled on me, no cancellation email, nothing."

"Ship speed is OK. Website design is flawed. It tricks customers to select high cost shipping methods and adds expedited shipping in default. "

"Order was cancelled without any e-mail or phone call to know why. Tried contacting customer service was unable to get through. Great prices but watch out for cancelled orders, they'll cancel without letting you know."
