Quality products and service. I purchased my home computer from them in Oct 2001. Has worked perfectly for 3.5 years. I had a meltdown and took in for service. I thought that my harddrive was toast and that I needed a new video card. Service tech determined all components were still working fine and just reinstalled my operating system and I am back in business and ONE HAPPY CAMPER.  
 
I am impressed with their honesty and fast turnaround. Computer was back on my desk in 24 hours!  
 
They will get my business when I need a new system.

These guys are local to me in Lynnwood, they are helpful, will match the Internet quoted price on the website, and are generally good guys all around, with a great sense of humour. I can only speak for their over the countersales.. These guys are great to deal with

it's great i love custom made computer so they helped me build one, mine is 5 years old and it's still running great. the service is great telephone support is great and they have a great varity of products and brand names to choose from. the only suggestion is a more variety of software and some laptop and server products.

I have done business with compusave on multiple occasions. I had them build 2 PC’s, handle some repairs and for buying upgrades. I was at the Bellevue location and they have handled my business exceptionally on each account. They always provided good prices, good service and impressive knowledge.

I am very pleased. I ordered a FireWire card. I really did not want to spend a lot of money but wanted to make sure that it worked with my digital camcorder. The staff was helpful and I got a great FireWire card for a good price. Everything works great now. The card got here in time.

I recently returned a motherboard I had been having trouble with. It had been more than 30 days since purchase. I didn't expect to have such a simple exchange, let alone an easy one, and I didn't really think to ask for that - what I did receive, instantly, was full credit towards another board, from helpful, relaxed staff. I now have a new system that runs fast, and reliably, and I am very happpy with my new system and the help and service I received from Compusave.

These guys are great! I ordered a Logitech optical mouse from them and it was delivered quick and painlessly. I also ordered a 40GB IBM hard drive and a removeable drive rack and they showed up quickly, and in great shape. All of these are still in use after over a year without a problem. Good prices, great service!

Extremely good company to buy from. They have a great customer server department with absolutly no waiting. I accidently sent them the wrong e-mail address for me and have it fixed within 1min by calling them. They also were very nice.  
Great detail on all items, very good shipping rates also. Got a good product for a great price, was very satisfied. Had a great description and they shipped it the same day.

Great buying experience. Purchased an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro retail box. They had the cheapest price around. I did have to call to get a tracking number sent but no big deal. They were very friendly. I also made the mistake of having it shipped UPS Ground. I will never use them again. Fedex from now on. Overall good experience, will buy from them again

my experience with compusave was an extremely positive one. their website is very user-friendly and assisted me in finding the products that i needed. when i placed the order on the phone, the staff was very friendly and helpful in making the correct selections. my order was shipped the same day, and arrived promptly and well packaged. i would definitley do bus. with compusave again!

I recommend these guys. I was very satified with their prices and service. Item(s) were mailed promptly, received a UPS tracking number and was packaged beautifully. What else could you ask for?

I have found out that these people truly stand behind their customer commitment. It is a fact of life because companies are run by humans, errors can and will occur. You can order from the company from hell and if you get your stuff in a reasonable amount of time and it isn’t broken, you’ve had a good experience. What really counts is what a company does with its mistakes. It is my experience that these people will go the extra mile to make mistakes right.  
 
I ordered two modem riser boards at the ridiculously low price of $1.00 each plus $4.60 shipping. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery. However, when I opened the box, there was only one modem. That night, I sent them an email explaining that I had ordered two and only received one. The next day, they had emailed me back apologizing for the error and saying that they were out of stock on the AMR boards, but would have a solution by the end of the day. Around 45 minutes later, they sent another email offering me a PCI modem in its place along with another apology. They shipped it out at no charge. This is WONDERFUL customer service over a $1.00 mistake.  
 
It is great to buy from a company who takes care of their customers. I will definitely do business with them again.  
 
 

These guys are alright. Ordered a Shuttle Nforce2 motherboard, cheapest on Pricewatch. I ordered it around 7pm their time (way beyond the time they ship stuff), then tried to cancel the order about 3 hours later (Newegg had it for $3 more with free hat!), hoping someone would see it before they shipped it. But, of course, nobody checks their e-mail or their answering machines and the next day they shipped the product and THEN sent me an email telling me I couldn't cancel it.  
 
Ah well, no biggie, I don't need the free newegg hat. Got my motherboard in about a week, booted up with no problem, and works great! Great online place to shop, just be aware you probably won't be able to cancel your order.

These guys kick ass! I had been looking for a deal on an ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 9700 Pro for about a week on ebay, newegg, and TCWO. I checked out pricewatch.com and found Compu$ave selling one for an unbelievably low price! I have to say I was a little nervous because there was very little feedback on this company in here. They called immediately to confirm my online order and had it to UPS within an hour (an email was sent with the tracking number). Nicely packaged, great product, I am VERY pleased and will be back. Thanks a lot Compusave!
