Purchased an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro retail box. They had the cheapest price around. I did have to call to get a tracking number sent but no big deal. They were very friendly. I also made the mistake of having it shipped UPS Ground. I will never use them again. Fedex from now on. "Quality products and service. I purchased my home computer from them in Oct 2001. Has worked perfectly for 3.5 years. I had a meltdown and took in for service. I thought that my harddrive was toast and that I needed a new video card. Service tech determined all components were still working fine and just reinstalled my operating system and I am back in business and ONE HAPPY CAMPER.
I am impressed with their honesty and fast turnaround. Computer was back on my desk in 24 hours!
They will get my business when I need a new system.
