I had no problem getting ahold of anybody for questions that I had via email or phone. I ordered the parts very late on friday the 20th and the parts were shipped out on the 24 (they are not open on the weekend) and I missed the fedex delivery on the 26th so I recived them on Friday the 27th, not bad.
Everything arrived as ordered and is up and running."
"Everything was great, shiped on time, no damage etc. The only issue I had was with the motherboard I ordered. It boots with a Gateway logo to cover the BIOS. It's not a real big deal, it's just that the site never stated this fact. As far as I can tell it's not refurbished, and it works great."
