Called to return same day I first used the product, was told by two different people they had no more available, I could get a refund, or swap for another product - and pay the difference if it was a higher priced product. They have 8 more of the exact model product available, but at a higher price. Received information to return the product, was told I had to pay the shipping - as the product is defective, I wasn\u0027t thrilled as I have to do that if I send it to Microsoft themselves. Contacted Microsoft directly and am returining the product to them instead, and getting the replacement from them. "Ordered 4 video cards. Price was the cheapest on the web that I could find. The video cards arrived fast and were as ordered. I hadn't heard of compuvest so I was a little nervous...not anymore. I'll be back."
