NOT A GOOD COMPANY! I ordered for a brand new switch, but they delivered used or refurbished unit, they use the box of cisco and the unit has lots of scratches. i paid for the amount of brand new unit, won't give us RMA# and refuse to refund at least the amount of a refurbished cost.

The computer works and looks great. I bought a router and it connected immediately on my DSL. I love the large screen. I've also played games on it and made a cd. I was a breeze, not one problem. I received it very quickly and was provided with a tracking number. I was able to keep track of it and it arrived on the day it was supposed to. I highly recommend this company and it's products.

My purchase was for a refurbished HP TouchSmart computer. Shortly after placing my order on-line, I received a call from Compuvest advising me that the item I wanted was sold out. The representative worked with me on the phone while we both were also on the internet checking the Compuvest inventory for a suitable replacement. An acceptable substitute was found and Compuvest made a small price adjustment to compensate for my trouble. The item was promptly shipped and received on schedule. The computer was exactly as advertised. I was very satisfied with the entire transaction with Compuvest and the computer itself is great!

Item shipped as advertised reasonably quick and the shipping was free. Would not hesitate to buy from again. add endum: Use a throw away email address with compuvest. My previously spam free email box is now receiving about 6 spam emails an hour! The only change to the address was giving it to Compuvest. Use a throw away email address.

THEY SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOX BY REGULAR USPS THE NORMAL USA MAIL SERVICE. YOU HAVE TO SHOW DRIVERS LIC FOR ID THEY DONT JUST HAND THE BOX TO ANYBODY LIKE ALL THE OTHER SERVICES DO. AND YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT AROUND ALLL DAY FOR YOUR PPACKAGE. MOST THINK A POST OFFICE BOX IS USEED BY CRIMINALS THE POST OFFICE IS A FEDERIALY RUN GOVERMNET OFFICE INVESTGATIONS TAKE PLACE BY THE FBI NOT THE POLICE ITS AS SAFE AS ANYHTING CAN GET FOR PACKAGES.

no difficulty in ordering process, ground shipment took a bit long, probably weather related. Perhaps would benefit from product description including better close up view, this item did not fit my machine

Shipping was free! I was surprised to learn, so I sent for it expecting it to take 10 days to 2 weeks. It took 5 days. The service was good, the price was low, and the device works as well as the original.
