Offered free shipping, but when the goods arrived the freight company they shipped with refused to offload my goods, saying they were not paid to do that, I called Compubiz, they answered but told me they were not opened as yet and that it was my problem, I had to hire someone to offload the goods for me.  
Will never buy here again. A waste of my time.

Excellent Service. Website was easy to navigate. Prices were very good. I knew exactly what I was ordering. Shipping was rapid.

Very fast shipping. The scanner I ordered is perfect. My only complaint (And I can understand their reasons for doing this.) was there was no shipping box and padding. They put the shipping stickers and invoice slip on the product box. But seeing how big the box was, I can see why. Nothing was damaged in shipping. Definitely will buy from them again, when the need arises.

Good services. I got my printer for the price I want

The product was somewhat difficult to setup because it did not come with a disk or instructions. But after going to the manufactures website and following the setup instructions it was a breeze to install. Printing is a cinch to execute and all laptops have access now to the printer in our office.

ordered a printer for $50 - $100 less than retail. Came within 2-3 days, no shipping charge. YOu have to be home to receive it, and it would be better if they let you pre-load your available days. but it worked fine and the printer is great. wouldn't do it any other way

I am extremely pleased with my CompuBiz order. I ordered a HP Officejet Pro L7680 multifunction printer for $164.00 shipped. It was an incredible deal, far cheaper than I found anywhere else. I was initially skeptical because of the low price and some negative store reviews from 6 months back, so I called twice and talked with two different people to make sure that the product was not a refurbished unit. They both claimed it was not, and when I received the unit 3 (business) days later, it was indeed brand new. Great experience, no complaints, I'd order from them again.
