Purchased a speaker, the webpage DIDN'T indicate it's a demo/used, so I thought it's a brand new.

Received it today, the box has a printed label says "demo", the box is opened.

I will never ever shop from them"

"Product was in stock and received in 2 days. Price beat major competitors like Amazon and was local in Canada.

Never dealt with customer service but when you get such fast turn around and accurate items who needs to."

"No response to inquiries about my purchase using their online 'contact page'. I'm local to them but it's been over 4 business days since I placed and paid for my item. They, however, processed my payment quickly. Experience from other local businesses with online webstores resulted with deliveries in 2-3 business days. This initial purchase was to see if they warrant any future business with me, they don't. Don't be fooled by the low prices you see on their website.

edited to add: Called in and was told they were waiting for payment. I advised that payment was made immediately during checkout and PayPal has already billed my credit card. Gentleman verified what I had said and I was told it would ship later today or tomorrow but I received a call 20 minutes later telling me they were "out of stock" even though their website indicated 10 "in stock" at the time of purchase. They processed the refund to PayPal quickly, though. Not a good first experience and, despite the fact the refund was processed relatively quickly, it's not 'good enough' for me to try to conduct any future business with this outfit. "

"Compu2000 had the best price I could find for the item I wanted. Because I had some problems with their online ordering system, I spoke with Jason in sales. Then found out that the item was out of stock in their warehouse and it would be received by them and delivered to me too late. Jason went out of his way to find out that they had stock at the supplier's warehouse and that he could ship to me directly from there. Amazingly, it arrived within 2 days of my speaking with him. Well within the timeframe required. Thank you Jason and I will be back."

"About a year ago I purchased a Wacom tablet from Compu2000, and recently I bought a little inkjet printer from them. Both were web orders, and arrived well packed and in good condition. I requested, for warranty purposes, a duplicate copy of an invoice I had lost. At all times I received prompt and courteous service."

"Had I looked closer I could have received the same product from Amazon for $23.00 less and half the cost of your shipping; and this was coming from a company in the United Kingdom. By purchasing from Compu2000, I spent $30.00 more."

"Purchased three Apple Airport Express. One seems to be defective. I am being left to deal with this through Apple rather than Compu2000 who were paid. Poor post sale service, recommend using alternate on line supplier of Apple products"

"PROS: Prompt, courteous responses to email queries. Item shipped the same day. Well packed.

CONS: Order was to be shipped UPS which is even shown on their Invoice. UPS delivers to my door. They shipped Canada Post. For me that meant a 45 km drive to Post Office pick it up.

"I often see Compu2000 has some of the lowest prices in shopping comparison search engine results. They had the best price on the hard drive I was looking for, so I decided to try them. A day later the nicely packaged box made the 600 mile journey to me and was sitting on my desk. The cost of Purolator Express shipping was also more than fair ($10). My first purchase experience was very good, and I will not hesitate to purchase from Compu2000 again when the need arises. "
