Multiple attempts were made to contact them to find the status of the order - the FedEx tracking number they provided was bogus. Finally, I got through to them on the phone and they told me that item was no longer available and they would issue a credit to my charge card. They never issued a credit and I am having to dispute the charges though Visa. Then they take your phone number and no one calls you back. " I placed an order with Components Direct for nearly $2000 dollars. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews. The next day after the order was placed I got a call from Jeff. The 4 cdrom kits that I ordered were out of stock. Jeff substituted a more expensive kit that was in stock and didn't charge me for the difference.
I am pleased with the customer service and the speed of delivery on the order. I will continue to order products from this company. My experience with them has been nothing but positive."
