Because we needed the ink right away I had to go to the store and buy it yesterday so now I do not need the ink for the particular printer.(once ink runs out we are removing it from our office)We only bought the color to last till the black we already had ran out.<br><br>She was apologetic but that was it, nothing else would be done.<br>They just lost a customer! For the 1.50 in postage? Not very business friendly.<br>I really want to return the whole order of 34 ink cartridges instead of just the three that were wrong.<br>I will not do that but I implore anyone else looking to buy here to BEWARE terrible customer or non existent customer service.<br>Terrible wait times on hold for customer service.I can see why there are probably long lines of unhappy customers trying to get through the 1 line 1 person at the company that can\u0027t help you.<br><br><br>4\/22\/2012 MY REBUTTAL TO COMPANDSAVES reply of 4\/22\/12 <br>While what you say now is almost right.This could have happened differently while I was in contact with your phone representative which by the way was not on a Monday or Tuesday it was Thursday and Friday.<br>This all could have {should have} been resolve then.<br>I was contacted after my review to try to make amends but like I said then, I spent hours on a simple matter that could have been fixed easily . I need to note I was offered a refund for returning the ink AND I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED A RESTOCK FEE but I had to pay shipping. If I had known the time it cost me in phone waits, emails, post office run,postage to return ink and writing reviews .I would have saved time money and aggravation by throwing out the 3 cartridges and being finished with this.
