"Great experience on my first order. They were by far cheaper on the Transcend flash drives I wanted - despite what I think are high shipping charges. The next competitor wasn't even close. I ordered multiples of 2 different items. One item was in stock and shipped promptly. I was notifed the other item was out of stock - Did I want a refund or back-order wait? I pointed out they had the same item under 2 different stock numbers and they fixed my order and shipped it out. My point is that they were prompt to notify me when there was a problem, gave ME the choice on how I wanted it resolved and then followed through. All of this was done through email, so I have no experience with calling in a problem, but I imagine it would be a similar response. I'll do business with them again."
