"I have dealt with Comfyco several times and find from the sales people to the delivery people very professional, and curtious. I must be happy with them if I continue to come back to them. I have recommended them to many people and I'm sure they will also be happy. Just purchased sofa chair coffee table and dining set, everything was delivered on time in good condition and pleasant delivery men."

"Purchased a sofabed for my home. Delivery was done within a week as promised. Guys brought it up the 3rd floor without a question, unpacked, installed the legs, everything. I really liked that service, even tipped them. Great value overall, very happy, will recommend to all my friends and will use in a future if needed."

"A sofa was delivered to my home with two broken holes - Model: Queens Sofa. The material was very cheap - like plastic paper. The whole piece looks shabby. Nobody said apology. I took two hours off work. When I called to canceled the order, I was charged 20% ($83.8)for the restocking fee. However, when I ordered the sofa, it was already in their stock. So I didn't caused their stock. I only touched it for one second and that's the price.

It's not a good idea to order furniture without seeing it. It is not a very formal and reliable company. I have to cancel the order because it is really unprofessional and it can hardly build customer trust.



Regarding comfyco's reply: Comfyco promised to inspect every product they deliver, yet there are two holes on the product. Is it the customer is unlucky or Comfyco is very unprofessional? The answer is very obvious. I would suggest no one to buy their product. Very dissapointed and impressed by their being unprofessional - so have to cancel the order and bear my loss.

Unprofessionalness is obvious by their reply and spend more time criticizing customers rather than streamline their business process. I would suggest never buy something without seeing it. The product look shabby and fabric is like plastic paper, very different from the picture on the website."

“Sometimes furniture is broken. It happens. In less than 5% of the cases. We are sorry you were unlucky in this matter.

You didn't want to get a replacement, simply choose to cancel the order. Strange decision.

Cancellation is subject to 20% restocking fee, which every factory that we work with charges. We do not benefit from it in any way. All terms and conditions of sale, cancellation, etc. are listed on the website.

P.S. What a strange person are you. You never got anything shipped to you from Amazon, Ebay or other prime merchant, that is damaged, or not working? Once in a while that happens. Or you expect every store open every box with a tv, microwave, coffee maker, etc, and check if that actually fully works?

What do you do in the case something is damaged or not working? You report that to the store or merchant and request an item that works, i.e. replacement. Same works with us. We took the damaged sofa back right away to exchange it, absolutely for free, of course, but you didn't want it. What a strange behavior.”

"Please never order from this company! I ordered a sofa set that deteriorated within 6 month of little use! There was a one year warranty from the manufacturer Coaster. They were so unhelpful, rude, and lazy. Even though the sofa set is clearly defective they won't refund my money or even give me a credit towards something else. Only after I pay to get it delivered back to them... They will try to get coaster to replace with the same furniture! Why would I want another set of defective furniture?!!! They even told me the quality is so bad they don't sell it any more!!! Manager was so rude and uncourteous. A lazy, uncaring, and irresponsible company!!"

“Customer wants to get money back for the cheapest possible set of sofa, loveseat and chair she purchased almost a year ago (2011-05-16), stating that those gone 'bad'. Manufacturer is willing to exchange, but customer doesn't want an exchange, simply stating she wants her money back.

Unfortunately, we do sell under a certain terms. Any customer and we follow those. We can not refund any order, especially an order year old because customer simply wants to do so. Exchange is not accepted by a customer.

"Very ssatisfied! I got a call only a few days after placing my order. Delivery came at the earlier end of the specified times indicated. The delivery men were couteous and professional. I am placing another order as soon as I determine when I will be going to my vacation home in Florida to receive delivery. Needless to say, the coffee table I ordered looks better than I expected."

"Your company is wonderful!!! I was skeptical ordering from online. I trust my gut and i did. Im so happy because i got the price. The deliverly guys were wonderful. They set up my furniture 123. Now, i have 3 of my friends about to order now. Thanks now im looking for a center piece table."

"Ordered on Friday, 2/24/2012. Received on Wednesday, 2/29/2012. They said they would be at my house for delivery between 09:00 & 11:00 am. They showed up at 09:50. Set sofa up in about 15 mins. This was the best purchase and delivery I have ever had. It just ran so smooth. I would not hesitate to order from them again. "

"I love the furniture and would love to purchase from here in the future. The only problem, not Comfyco's fault, is that the strict building we live in requires a certificate of insurance in order for Comyco to deliver. Does anyone know if Comfyco does have certificate of insurance so we can order from here in the future? Other than this the delivery was fast, professional and we absolutely LOVE the bed and bench. Its a steal for the price we paid. "

"Not sure, why other customers had any trouble with Comfyco. I am buying something here for 3rd time already in last 2 years, and overall, it's really amazing experience. Surely, you can say, it's a smaller company, rather than large network, that's why customer treatment is quite different than in a large grocery store, but I didn't find any problems. From my experience, delivery times may vary, since they don't keep everything in stock, but that's good with me. Great service overall."
