I ordered a rather expensive bedroom set several weeks ago after finding one I liked online. This set was for our vacation home - and options for furniture are not available in the immediate vicinity - to say the least, as it is located in a rural area. Amazingly, Coleman Furniture had the furniture delivered to us while we were there 3 weeks from when we ordered; which is exactly how long they said it would be. We were kept informed on several occasions and couldn't be more pleased with the service and price. My husband and I enjoyed the experience so much that we ordered a new sofa and scheduled it to be delivered the next time that we are at the property. I was originally a bit concerned how I would furnish the home, however, they truly did make it a hassle free experience. "Horrible experience with the process of getting the furniture. Their website says that it takes 2-4 weeks for their orders to be delivered. Well, today is exactly 4 weeks since I placed the order and my furniture is still at the manufacturer. THeir website also says that it takes several days for the manufacturer to have furniture ready. Well, 4 weeks ain`t several days! Every time I call them, they tell me the different delivery date. I am tired of their service and will never order from them again!"
