reply posted Sep-26-2008 “The customer was made aware of the backorder at the time he placed the order and the order was kept open following the customer’s explicit instruction to do so. When one unit became available in July, once again we confirmed with the customer that he still wanted the product shipped which we he did and we shipped it on July 29th. When he called to check on it, we found out it went to the incorrect address. This was the only one available so we did not have a replacement to ship. We were unable to have it rerouted with Fedex as it was a "restricted shipment". The customer called Fedex and tried to have it re-routed also, but found out it could not be re-rerouted. He seemed ok with it at the time and said to reship it when it arrived. He called back at a later date and cancelled the reshipment. He was told we would issue the credit when it came back to the warehouse. The credit was issued on the 18th of August. Even though we were in constant contact with him, the customer had not notified us he was unhappy with how this was handled, or we may have been able to address his concerns.

"Colamco is awesome. Their customer service group is very friendly and easy to work with. I placed my order on their web site and they automatically emailed me to let me know the tracking number and everything. Product arrived quickly and their prices are consistently lower than other places. I'll definitely shop with them the next time I need anything."
